Please join us for the 4th Annual "Play It Forward" Charity Golf Tournament (Take Two). Net proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which is a non-profit organization and is 501c(03) recognized.

    The cost will be $150.00 per person and includes the following: 18 hole green fees, Unlimited Range/Practice Balls, Personalized Arrowhead Bag Tag, GPS, Golf Cart with Personalized Cart Signs, Professional Event Services, Breakfast burritos, Signature Buffet Luncheon, Awards Reception & Silent Auction after the tournament. In addition, there will be 1st and 2nd place team prizes, a "Longest Drive" Contest, "Closest to the Pin Contest" & FIVE "Hole in One" Contests, including a $10,000 Cash Prize Contest!.

Who:

Light The Night is a series of fundraising campaigns benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) funding of research to find blood cancer cures. They bring hope instead of despair by working to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients. The LLS & Light The Night bring communities together to celebrate those who are fighting the disease and to honor those we have lost.

  • Jeremy is a survivor! He has battled Lymphoma and achieved remission twice now, first in May 2000 and again in January 2018. For him, this is personal! His vision is to increase awareness and support others fighting the good fight, and his passion is to raise money to help find a cure! The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services.
